Clearance Towels, Gift Cards, and SHIPPING are Non-Refundable

Returns and Exchanges:

- You have 15 days from the day your order was delivered to request a return/exchange.

- Please note that for returns and exchanges, customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs. You can mail your towel(s) to the address below:

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Please include the packing slip and order number in your return/exchange package. And feel free to send tracking information to hello@tatatowels.com

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email to confirm whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment and should appear in your account within 3–5 business days.

Please know we are unable to do International Returns and Exchanges. While we would love to accommodate all customers worldwide, we are a small team, and the complexities of international returns and exchanges — including fluctuating exchange rates and logistical challenges — have made them difficult to support at this time. We hope to revisit this policy as we grow, and in the meantime, we encourage international customers to reach out with any sizing or product questions prior to placing an order.



Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment and will reflect in your account within 3-5 business days.


Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)


- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Clearance items 
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, clearance items cannot be refunded.
