Clearance Towels, Gift Cards and Shipping are Non-Refundable Returns
You have 15 days from the day your order was delivered to request a return. Exchanges We are happy to exchange any non clearance towel within 15 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
International Returns and Exchanges please mail your return or exchange to the address below and be sure to include your order number. Ta-Ta Towels Returns 440 NE 5th Ave Suite 1061 Camas, WA 98607. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, and will reflect in your account within 3-5 business days.
Late or missing refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
