Return/Exchange Policy

Domestic Refund Policy


Clearance Towels, Gift Cards, and SHIPPING are Non-Refundable

Returns and Exchanges:

- You have 15 days from the day your order was delivered to request a return/exchange.

- Please note that for returns and exchanges, customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs. You can mail your towel(s) to the address below:

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Please include the packing slip and order number in your return/exchange package. Feel free to request a copy of your packing slip and send tracking information to hello@tatatowels.com.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email to confirm whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment and should appear in your account within 3–5 business days.

Exchanges Followed by Returns:

If you request an exchange and later decide to return the exchanged item, you will be responsible for:

- the cost of return shipping (paid by the customer), and

- the original shipping cost of sending the replacement (exchange) item to you, which will be deducted from your refund.


🌍 Update to Our Returns & Exchanges Policy (International Orders):

As much as we wish we could accommodate every customer around the globe, we’re a small (but mighty!) team, and international returns and exchanges have become too difficult for us to manage — from fluctuating exchange rates to complex shipping logistics.

Because of this, we are no longer able to accept returns or exchanges on international orders.

We know this may be disappointing, and we’re truly sorry. Please know this decision wasn’t made lightly. Our hope is that as we grow, we’ll be able to revisit this policy and expand our support for international Ta-Ta lovers in the future.

In the meantime, we encourage you to reach out to us with any sizing questions before ordering — we’re always happy to help make sure you get the best fit possible!


Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again. 
  2. Contact your credit card company - it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank - there is often processing time before a refund is posted.

Partial Refunds (if applicable):

- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Clearance Items:
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, clearance items are non-refundable.
